WHAT IS IT MADE FROM?
Our jewelry is made of high quality stainless steel and 925 sterling silver with a 18ct or 14ct gold plating. To ensure we remain affordable we also use alternative base metals such as brass. All our base metals and gold plating types are specified in the product description.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELLERY?
Clean your jewellery carefully with a soft, non-abrasive and lint-free cloth; this helps maintain or bring back its shine. If needed, you can use a mild washing up liquid with warm water and a soft toothbrush. Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth.
Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive jewellery cleaners as these contain harsh chemicals and can destroy your jewellery over time. We do not recommend the use of any jewellery polishing cloths which have been treated with cleaners or polishing agents.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
Always store your jewellery individually, preferably in a soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub, scratch or tangle. Also remember to keep your chains fastened to stop them from becoming tangled.
Avoid extreme humidity, heat, chemicals, perfumes and lotions as this may cause tarnishing. Your jewellery should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place.
We suggest you do not swim or shower while wearing your jewellery, and remove rings when washing your hands. Salt water, chlorine, and fresh water can damage metals and gemstones by dulling or eroding them. However, we note if a product is water resistant in the product description.

MY JEWELLERY IS TURNING COLOR, WHAT DO I DO?
If your items turn immediately, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction.
Each person's oils can make each metal react differently. We are not responsible for your skin's reaction to metal or vise versa.
925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel & Gold Plated jewellery will turn naturally over time, but there's no way to reverse this. The beauty of our 925 sterling silver and stainless steel jewellery is that it's thick gold plated & when it turns, it fades to a lovely ombre of gold & silver.
