WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact Dionne_jewels@outlook.com we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

You'll be happy to hear postage is only £1.69 on all UK orders! Orders over £25 is FREE shipping.
All international shipping is £5 but orders over £45 is FREE shipping.

I HAVE MADE AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

We aim to ship all items within 2 working days. This may be slightly longer during bank holidays or the Christmas/New Years period.

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

All our orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

UK delivery normally takes between 2-5 business days once shipped.

Worldwide standard shipping is £7. Shipping is free for orders over £45. Delivery times can vary, we estimate 6-7 business days once shipped.

All orders placed for sale items are final and are therefore not possible to be returned.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our return guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason. Unfortunately this does not include earrings which can not be returned due to hygienic reasons. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. The costs for returning an order fall on the customer.

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER DURING THE SALE. CAN I RETURN MY SALE ORDER?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT IS DAMAGED?

THE JEWELLERY I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN?

If your order is unfortunate enough to be damaged in transit, please contact us at Dionne_jewels@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We are happy to replace the item if in stock. However, if this is not in stock we can offer an alternative replacement from our store. Should you not be happy with this, we can recreate your order which can take up to 2 weeks if not in stock. 

Please contact us at Dionne_jewels@outlook.com and we will be able to let you know when the item will be back in stock for you.

WILL MY JEWELLERY TARNISH?

Our sterling silver and stainless steel jewellery will not tarnish. Although Gold Filled and Gold Plated jewelry will not tarnish, it may get dirty. The oils from your skin transfer to the metal and need to be washed off periodically. Please see our Jewellery Care page for more information.  However, jewellery with a base metal of brass may tarnish over time.

MY JEWELRY IS TURNING MY SKIN GREEN, WHAT DO I DO?

HOW LONG WILL MY JEWELLERY LAST? 

With the proper care gold plated/filled jewellery can last up to two years. Should the jewellery not be taken care of it may fade sooner.

Dionné Jewels is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry. Please see our Jewellery Care page for more information.  

Everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to bronze, nickel & gold plating. If you are susceptible to this, please avoid buying non-solid gold or sterling silver jewelry. We do not offer refunds or returns for this reason. We apologize in advance.
